Shipping & Returns

We ship by USPS, the same day as your order is received, if possible. When we ship your order of O’Sullivan’s products, we will send you a Thank You email notification with the USPS tracking information.

Free shipping on orders totaling $50 or more. (this is not available in Alaska and Hawaii).

If you decide to return any O’Sullivan’s products purchased on this website, we will accept your return if we receive the returned product within 10 days of your purchase date. You’ll need to pay the return shipping charges and include a copy of your sales receipt to be refunded. We will inspect the returned material to make sure the product & label is still new and resalable and has not been damaged, altered or used. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. If you ordered a case of product, the entire case must be returned – no returns on broken cases.
